Sivaram is a seasoned corporate leader and entrepreneur. In a professional career spanning 3+ decades, he worked with a multitude of engineering and technology businesses, including Cordys (now OpenText,) SustainLane, and Analog Devices. Sivaram is well-recognized for his demonstrated capabilities in crafting corporate strategy, leading marketing & corporate communication functions, and end-to-end project execution capabilities in diverse domains including manufacturing, services, and technology sectors. Sivaram holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri, Columbia, USA.
Sridhar Korkonda

Sridhar Korkonda is a seasoned business operations leader with over 25+ years of experience managing large, diverse teams and scaling global shared services across PwC, Deloitte, and Convergys. He has led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, built systems that drive performance and innovation, and co-founded a tech-enabled talent platform. Sridhar combines strategic vision with operational rigor to deliver scalable, people-centric solutions.

Sreekanth is a senior technology leader with proven expertise in large-scale cloud modernization, deployment of business-critical AI applications, and enterprise LLM integrations, including conversational intelligence platforms. Sreekanth’s deep technical expertise spans real-time streaming architectures, advanced data modeling, and specialized AI/ML engineering. He held senior leadership roles spanning engineering & delivery at Verizon, Hitachi Vantara, and value Momentum. At Tektalis, Sreekanth leads our AI Center of Excellence.
